The concept to sell the products we use was presented to us by the manufacturer of V-Seal, our top selling sealer for concrete.   We came across this awesome product in our search for something that would keep dirt, mold, mildew and algae from quickly returning and penetrating the concrete we had just cleaned.  If you have lived in Florida for any length of time, you know that our sub-tropical environment is the perfect incubator for all types of mold, mildew and algae to develop and grow.  

In our research, we found that water is the carrying agent for mold, mildew and algae spores.  The sole purpose in life for these spores is to find a surface they can cling onto, penetrate and feed on.  So, in sealing the concrete you prevent water from penetrating and effectively prevent mold, mildew and algae spores from also penetrating and growing as their food source is cut off.       

V-Seal representatives assured us that their exclusive penetrating siliconate sealer was chemically engineered to surpass all ASTM minimums and outperform other penetrating sealers so well that they would warrant its performance for up to 20 yrs!   

To make a long story short, they were right!  We became their central Florida distributor for the entire product line (www.vseal.com) and have been using V-Seal since 2006.

The cleaners for concrete, stone, tile, marble, terrazzo, travertine and brick that we use and choose to distribute incorporate enzymes and cleaning agents that break down, lift and separate contaminates from below the surface making them easy to rinse away.  They are highly concentrated and are much stronger than ordinary cleaners, so a little goes a long way!
