• Pressure Cleaning Orlando will perform all services in a timely and professional manner. 
• Pressure Cleaning Orlando guarantees (does not include water-only cleaning) that all algae and mildew will be removed.
• Pressure Cleaning Orlando guarantees all products and labor supplied will meet or exceed the industry standards. 
• Stain treatments may leave light residue.
• Where applicable, Manufacturer’s directions and recommended applications (ex. mixing cleaning compounds, applying sealers) will be followed precisely. 
• Care will be taken to lower pressure or make any necessary adjustments when cleaning painted surfaces, roofs (no pressure), and screen enclosures, however when age (paint, brittle screens) is a factor, Pressure Cleaning Orlando will not be liable for minor flaking, chalking or tearing. 
• Pressure Cleaning Orlando will not be responsible for damage that can result from leaking due to poor/faulty/worn building materials or construction, including but not limited to faulty weather stripping, caulking, leaking roofs, windows, siding doors, etc.
• Where sealer is applied over previously sealed surface, Pressure Cleaning Orlando cannot guarantee results and recommends testing an area for compatibility. 
• Pressure Cleaning Orlando cannot control the weather, and will not be responsible for acts of nature or God that result in damage or product failure.
• Pressure Cleaning Orlando shall only be obligated for structural or other damages which are a direct result of operator error and are reported within 72 hrs. of completion.
• Pressure Cleaning Orlando shall be allowed to inspect claimed damage and have sole option of repairing or contracting repair work if error is confirmed. 
• Customer is responsible for moving furniture and personal items off of area(s) to be cleaned or sealed. 
• Pressure Cleaning Orlando offers a pro-rated performance warranty (depending upon manufacturer) on sealers, up to 10 yrs.
• Pressure Cleaning Orlando may require a materials deposit on large sealing jobs.
• Returned checks will incur all bank charges.
• • Unless otherwise noted, payment is due upon completion of work.  A 10% weekly fee shall apply to past due accounts.
