Thank you so much for saving our driveway. 

After years of sealing and repairing our own paver driveway, we were confused about the cloudy film that was developing over the brick.  I called Steve and he was quickly able to diagnose the problem.  Apparently we had over-sealed the driveway and there was a kind of mildew rising under the sealant that was creating a film and could have eventually damaged the pavers. 

Steve found a product that was environmentally friendly (so in addition to being kind to the earth it also didn’t kill our lawn or landscaping) and began working tirelessly to remove the years of build up.  He was always prompt, courteous and professional and was able to repair the driveway to its original beauty!

 It is nice to be pleasantly surprised every now and then.  My wife and I were not sure what to expect when we saw your sign advertising pressure washing at the corner of Hunt Club Blvd. and 436.  I told her to write down the number and we would call since we needed some work completed.

You returned my call the same day and meet with me the following day. I expected some kid with a pressure washer but was surprised to meet someone as knowledgeable as you are in the concrete cleaning process.  I was impressed with your professionalism and knowledge of how this process works when done professionally. I now know it is more than just "pressure washing concrete and soffit cleaning"

 I was also surprised that you did not request a deposit for materials when I offered; your response was "pay us when we are completed and you are satisfied".

I asked Pressure Cleaning Orlando to assess my driveway and walkway after seeing how nice my neighbors looked. They promptly delivered a quote and scheduled a day they could do the work. The quote was a lot less than I expected, so I said "Let's get this done". Not only did Pressure Cleaning Orlando show up when they said they would, the staff was very professional and went above the quote to do the extra cleaning required to make the walkways look new again. I was so impressed, I had them seal both the driveway and walkway to extend the life of the work they did.
