RECOMMENDED USES

     V-SCRUB HD Concrete Cleaner is an industrial strength  powder cleaner designed to tackle even the toughest cleaning needs on most cementitious surfaces.  V-SCRUB HD will tackle  heavy duty cleaning jobs in areas such as: parking garages & airports, wherever an industrial strength cleaning is needed. V-SCRUB HD is very effective with oil, rust stains  and harshly blemished concrete.  V-SCRUB HD is sold in powder form allowing you to mix it to the strength potency you need for each job. 

* As a rule of thumb – If the V-SEAL HD won’t bring stains out, they usually won’t come out!

        With the assistance of V-SEAL OCA #48,

(Organic Microbe Hydrocarbon Cleaning Agent),  stains have very little chance of existence. The possibility of damage to the concrete surface may occur if other abrasive methods are used.

·  Petroleum based stains – Oil/Grease/Etc.    

     Mist stain with water to dampen.  Apply

     power directly to stain.  Add water and

     agitate to form a paste.  Allow paste to dry.

     Broom clean or rinse with pressure washer.

·  Dry Application:  Mist area to dampen. 

    Broadcast V-SCRUB powder over the area

    to be cleaned.  Allow cleaner to dwell 15-30

    minutes for best results.  Agitate with broom

    and rinse with garden hose of pressure wash

    using surface cleaner or wand.

·  Wet Application:  Mix solution to strength 

    following directions on container.  Apply

    solution directly to dry concrete.  For best

    results allow solution to dwell 15-30 minutes.

    Clean with high-pressure washer.

SURFACE PREPARATION / APPLICATION

      Ideally, the best time to use V-Scrub HD is just before application of other V-Seal products and when rain is not present. 

* V-Scrub EPA  is excellent as a maintenance cleaner for previously V-Sealed projects.

V-Scrub is not recommended for use on:

Benefits:

V-Scrub HD Concrete Cleaner is a special formulation that consists of the latest technology in concrete cleaning performance. 

Wet surface to be cleaned.  Sprinkle or broadcast the powder cleaner.  (You can mix with water and apply as a 50/50 solution – adjust as needed) Allow to dwell for 15-30 minutes.  Agitate surface with a broom when possible.  Rinse well.  On tough areas, sometimes a second application may be needed or a paste can be made and applied and let to work 15-30 minutes.  Rinse well.  Paste can be used as a pre-spot lifter also.

FIRST AID:    CAUTION !  ** This product is highly caustic  and corrosive to eyes, skin and membranes and will cause severe burning.  Avoid contact with skin & eyes:  Wear chemical splash goggles and protective gloves.  Use ventilator and in ventilated area.  Symptoms of Exposure: Redness and/or burning of skin or eyes. Difficulty breathing.

     V-SCRUB HD will etch aluminum and glass.  V-SCRUB HD, at full strength  will even strip paint. Thoroughly rinse equipment down with fresh water after use.

Emergency Procedures:

Eyes:  Immediately flush with water for at least 15 minutes.  Get medical attention.

Skin:  Remove contaminated clothing and wash exposed areas thoroughly with soap and water.  If irritation occurs, call a physician.

Inhalation:  Move subject to fresh air.  Get

medical help immediately.

Ingestion:  DO NOT INDUCE VOMITING. Drink large quantities of water to dilute.  Get medical help immediately.
